Nail Salon Policy

1. Appointments and Walk-ins
● Appointments: We recommend making an appointment to ensure timely service. Appointments can be made online, over the phone, or in person.
● Walk-ins: Walk-in customers are welcome and will be accommodated based on availability. Priority is given to customers with appointments.

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling
● Notice: Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to accommodate other clients.
● Late Arrivals: Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule or receive a modified service to fit the remaining time slot.

3. Health and Safety
● Sanitation: We adhere to strict sanitation protocols. All tools are sterilized, and disposable items are used where applicable.
● Health Conditions: Please inform our staff of any health conditions, allergies, or infections prior to your appointment. Clients with contagious conditions may be refused service.

4. Payment and Gratuity
● Accepted Payments: We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. Payment is required upon completion of services.
● Gratuity: Gratuity is appreciated but not mandatory. It can be given directly to the technician or added to the final bill.

5. Refunds and Satisfaction Guarantee
● Refunds: Refunds are not provided for services rendered. If you are dissatisfied, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will offer a complimentary correction.
● Guarantee: All services are guaranteed for 4 days. Please inform us prior to coming.

6. Behavior and Conduct
● Respect: Clients and staff are expected to maintain a respectful and professional demeanor. Inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. We have the right to refuse service for anyone who is rude or comes in with a bad attitude.

7. Personal Belongings
● Valuables: Please keep your valuables with you at all times. The salon is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

8. Privacy and Confidentiality
● Client Information: Personal information collected during appointments is kept confidential and is used solely for service-related purposes.

9. Emergency Procedures
● Evacuation: In case of an emergency, follow the staff's instructions for evacuation. Familiarize yourself with the nearest exits upon arrival.

10. Promotions and Loyalty Programs
● Offers: Periodic promotions and discounts are available. These cannot be combined with other offers unless stated.
● Loyalty Program: Our loyalty program rewards regular clients with discounts and special offers. Ask our staff for details.
